The PLCNext Associate Certification Exam aims to ensure an adequate understanding of the PLCnext hardware and software (PLCnext Engineer)
The Associate Certification Exam is an online assessment covering PLCnext hardware and software fundamentals.
The certification exam was developed in partnership with PhoenixContact USA and is officially recognized by the industry. The certification includes a multiple-choice quiz (auto-graded) and a programming task (manually graded). Tests must be completed within 30 days of purchase and will be assigned to the account used during the purchase process.
Take the Multiple Choice Quiz
The quiz features 27 questions focused on key topics covered in the PLCNext System Integrator Course. You have one attempt to complete it successfully, and you must score 70% or higher to pass.
Complete the Programming Task
The task involves programming a system with two tanks for cooking and chilling processes and all necessary instrumentation. You must achieve a passing grade of 75%, and you are allowed up to three attempts to complete it.
Receive an Official Certificate
Upon successfully passing the exam, you will receive an official physical certificate recognizing your achievement and proficiency with the PLCnext platform. This certificate serves as a valuable credential in your automation career.
