He is working for the world’s largest primary producer of platinum, Sibanye-Stillwater, as part of their Digital Innovation Team. He has gone through the ranks from installation and maintenance to system integration, where he has been involved in numerous small to large-scale projects. Within his current role, his focus is on system integration with a specialization in Rockwell and Wonderware.
For over 20 years, I've been working professionally as a control engineer within the manufacturing industry. During this time as a system integrator, I've enjoyed working on many diversified and challenging automation projects with many great machine builders and manufacturing companies worldwide. Much of my work involves commissioning machines and production lines for customers on-site.

My programming skills extend to Node-RED and Python, and I have a keen understanding of computer vision, data analysis, and IIoT technologies, including MQTT, OPC UA, SQL databases, and cloud integration. With a strong technical foundation, I am dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation within the realm of electrical power engineering.
